[ADAMAWA] GOVERNOR FINTIRI HONOURS ALHAJI AHIDJO BAMANGA

A DAY AFTER HONOURING 85 YEARS OLD CHIEF FIBI NADAH, GOVERNOR FINTIRI HONOURS ALH. AHIDJO BAMANGA
A day after honouring the first woman commissioner in northeast Nigeria, 85 years old Chief Mrs. Fibi Nadah, Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has also honoured a season bureacrat, Alhaji Ahidjo Bamanga, a retired Federal Permanent Secretary.
While Chief Mrs. Fibi Nadah commissioned the 3.2km Nyibango – Yolde Pate road in Yola North/South, Alhaji Ahidjo Bamanga has commissioned the newly constructed 4.6km road connecting Adamawa Television Authority Yola and the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) permanent orientation camp.
The contract for the road project was awarded December last year, flagged off by January this year with a completion period of 12 months but the contracting firm Triacta Construction company completed the work within just 6 months.
In a spade of commissioning, the Governor just yesterday commissioned the 3.2km Nyibango – Yolde Pate road in Yola North/South, commissioned the 4.6km road in Girei today while he is billed to be in Jada tomorrow for another road commissioning.
The pleasure of working for your people is seeing that people get to see, use and appreciate the work done.
I’m sure electioneering campaign won’t deter the Governor from commissioning his numerous infrastructural projects spread across the lenght and breath of the state.
