BREAKING: Fintiri directs HoS to commence payment of Minimum wage

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa state has ordered the  Head of Service (HoS) to commence payment of the new minimum wage starting from November.

Governor Fintiri made the disclosure while during an on the spot assessment tour and commissioning of some RAMP projects in Toungo LGA.

The Governor has since directed the Adamawa State Head of Service Dr Edgar Amos to ensure that the process is completed so that all the civil servants in the state will be covered.

Immediately after he was sworn-in as governor of Adamawa State, Fintiri promised to be the first governor to implement the payment of Minimum wage.
