Senator Elisha cliff promise Government support to build michika bridge
On 7th August, we visited the communities of Michika and Madagali to assess the ongoing work on the Kudzum, Dilchim and Wuro Gandi broken bridges which was claimed to have gone far in construction by the contractors.
We promised to look into the matter immediately we return from break at the National Assembly.
And Yesterday, my heart was broken by the trending images and news of the Broken Dilchim bridge which has now worsen transportation in Michika. No more a link between the community and near by environs.
Like my brother Hon. Zakariya D. Nyampa noted, we would work tirelessly to ensure that these bridges at fixed on time. We have been reaching out to relevant authorities to install solutions to this sad scenario.
The Executive Governor, His Excellency, Alhaji Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has assured us of providing palliative measures in place before the permanent structures will be erected.
Our government would not rest till our constituency have experienced the dividends of democracy at its peak.
So my dear constituents exercise patience as we join hands to develop our communities, state and the nation at large.
